The Fluids Lab is designed and equipped to support the curriculum of B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Automobile Engineering, and Civil Engineering. The lab has the tools, machines, and set up necessary to conduct over 25 experiments on topics related to the fundamental laws of fluid mechanics. This includes Pascal’s Law, Archimedes’ Principle, Reynold’s dye test, and hydraulic machines that include positive displacement pumps, centrifugal pumps, and turbines. These setups are also used as a part of training courses and the M. Tech program on Sanitation and Waste Management
